Derek, who is of Cape Verdean decent holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and has several years of experience in the engineering, construction industry. Derek has been engaged in real estate transactions & investments for several years and aims to serve as a resource to all interested in real estate. His goals include serving as a resource, creating a positive and long lasting experience, and building long term relationships and opportunities for clients.

Ana Delacth
